We’re a small team, and customer photos are one of the best ways for us to show what our products really look like once they have been laid or installed. They also help other customers picture the product in their own garden or play area and decide what might work for their project.

With your permission, we may feature your photos or video on the PlayBark website, social media, emails or advertising.

How it works

1. Photograph or film it

Take clear photos or a short video of the completed area. Include a before photo if you have one.

2. Complete the form

Tell us about your project and provide the email address and order number used for your purchase.

3. We’ll check your claim

We’ll confirm the order details and check that the content meets the cashback requirements.

4. Receive £25 cashback

Once approved, we’ll refund £25 to the payment method used for your order.

What should you photograph?

You don’t need professional equipment. A phone camera is absolutely fine.
  • A wide photo showing the whole completed area
  • One or two closer photos showing the PlayBark product
  • A few different angles of the finished project
  • A before photo, if you took one
  • Any details that could be helpful to another customer

Tips for taking better photos

Make sure the PlayBark product can be clearly seen in the completed project.
  • Take your photos during the day in good natural light
  • Wipe your camera lens before you start
  • Stand far enough back to show the whole project
  • Hold your phone steady and check the image is in focus
  • Take both landscape and portrait photos if possible
  • Avoid filters, added text and heavy editing
  • Send the original full-size images where possible

How to record a useful video

Begin with a wider view of the completed area, then move slowly around the project to show the product and any interesting details. Keep your phone steady and avoid moving too quickly.

Please send the original video without music, captions, filters or social-media effects. This means we can edit it for the website, emails and different social platforms.

Do people need to appear in the photos?

No. You can photograph or film the finished area without anyone in it.

If someone does appear

If an identifiable adult or child appears, you must have their permission, or permission from their parent or guardian, for their image to be shared with PlayBark and used as described on the submission form.

What qualifies for cashback?

Your submission must
  • Clearly show a PlayBark product in use
  • Contain clear photos or video suitable for us to use
  • Include the correct order details
  • Contain content that belongs to you
  • Include permission for PlayBark to use the content
  • Be approved by PlayBark

£25 Cashback Terms and Conditions

  1. The offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who place and pay for an order directly with PlayBark on or before 31 December 2026. Cancelled, fully refunded or fraudulent orders are not eligible.
  2. To claim, customers must submit their correct order details and clear, original photos or video showing their completed project using a PlayBark product.
  3. Submitted content must belong to the customer and must not infringe anyone else’s rights. Customers must have permission from every identifiable adult shown and permission from a parent or legal guardian for anyone under 18.
  4. By submitting content, the customer allows PlayBark to store, edit and use it on its website, social media, emails, printed materials and advertising. The customer retains ownership of the original content and will not receive any additional payment for its use.
  5. Submissions will be reviewed by PlayBark. Content that is unclear, incomplete, unsuitable, duplicated or does not adequately show a PlayBark product may be declined. Submitting content does not automatically guarantee cashback.
  6. Approved customers will receive £25 cashback to the payment method used for their order, normally within 30 days of approval. A maximum of one cashback payment is available per customer or household during the offer period.
  7. PlayBark may reject or recover cashback relating to copied, misleading or fraudulent submissions. Customers’ statutory rights are unaffected.
  8. Personal information will be used to verify the order, administer the claim and issue the cashback in accordance with the PlayBark Privacy Policy . Participation in this offer does not change the customer’s existing email-marketing preferences. Customers may unsubscribe from PlayBark emails at any time using the link included in each email, without affecting an existing cashback claim.
